We invest a lot of time into our breads, after all it is bread that we are most passionate about. Being a staple of most peoples diet we believe that we cannot compromise on breads quality.
Children, who are still growing, especially, need the most nutritious diet of highest quality ingredients. It is of this food that they are building their cells.
Our breads are made from Sourdough and they undergo a lengthy fermentation, generally between 12 and 20 hours. We use organic, sprayfree and local ingredients where possible, but only if every single ingredient in the whole bread is certified organic we will call it “made from certified organic ingredients only”. If one of the ingredients cannot be sourced with the status certified organic anymore the bread will lose its tag and we will not call it a certified organic bread.

Find us at The Hamilton Farmers Market on Sunday: 8am - 12pm
NOTE: From May 2019 onwards we will be shut for the winter.
